It scores 9 on price/value for that reason, and 6 on field features for an equally clear one: it is a scheduling and customer product for maid services, not a field platform. There is no dispatch board of the kind GorillaDesk or Housecall Pro give you, and the 40-appointment cap on Starter is a real ceiling — a cleaner doing two jobs a day hits it in the fourth week.

Its pitch is scheduling, payment processing, customer management, automated payroll and a provider app, with training and account setup included at no extra cost. Payroll is the differentiator: in a trade with weekly pay, variable hours and heavy turnover, that is the admin job owners actually hate.
The price is the problem. Starter is $97/mo for three users with extra seats at $20 each; Pro is $297/mo for three users with extra seats at $15; Agency is listed at $597/mo and marked “coming soon”.
